Geburtstagfeier 100 Jahre Spälti

HAPPY BIRTHDAY - love Babs and Jürg Spälti to 100 years!

On 28 June it was so far and Babs and Jürg invited to the birthday celebration of the 100th anniversary of their company, Spälti AG.

Very happy arrived Deflo, Pfuschi, Phibes, Sergio and I love the invitation to visit and were guests of the super-organized event in Laupen.

At 17:00 dasAbendprogramm clock started and soon we could start with our Spälti Omegas from Scheidegg and land right in front of the large marquee on the football field (no allusions to the Stubaicup! ;-)) Before it.

In the marquee will have an excellent dinner and the highlight there was the appearance of the two Cabarettisten of Cabaret Duo Divertimento (-> www.cabaret-divertimento.ch/) which is a firework of gags and jokes for us exhibitions.

Here again many thanks for the wonderful evening at Babs and Jürg and again congratulations on 100 years of your entire Spälti Omega 7 Team!

Glory Hole In Stockport

Int. Alpen Open 2008 in Innsbruck

The weather can do to clear remaining ... föhnig , changeable, unstable, according to ... gewitterig formulations which a pilot in connection with the weather forecast for race weekend does not like to read.

And the start was then equal to the first Gechancelt days. Friday due to the strong foehn no task.

was to be expected, are thus most of the pilots first arrived on Saturday in the morning. To a prompt briefing was thus obviously not the question. But never mind, now is the mans anyway you get used to such events bring plenty of patience must.

Despite many clouds the driveway was lined up to Seegrube. The weatherman told us then at the briefing that we have expected from about 15:00 clock with over-development. The tender was a short Task 37.6 km of the clock was sharply from 12:45. 53 pilots made their way east along the northern range. Despite the many clouds were flying fast and it went better than expected. Fastest Schalber Alex was 53 minutes. But every 5 Spälti managed Omegas there that day to the finish!

laughed Sunday is already in the morning the sun from the sky and everything lies hope for a good day. It also saw the task setter so and wrote a task to 89.4 km ... east again until Sonnwendjochhaus in Rofan and back again. But this time the clock 12:15 influx was allowed in the start cylinder and opens the race with it. But despite the good relations the task was not without it. Some pilots have already missed the start to connect and only a few kilometers later, many pilots had a construction site and to fight to regain altitude. This time there was only enough for 3 Spälti drivers to the finish - but they have shown for what is in the Omega :-)

Spälti The pilots were able to identify with a powerful performance in this event: 1st

Baby Shower Books Instead Of Cards What To Write

188km FAI mit dem SpaeltiO7

For more than a week now already from Hochfelln insanely large triangles flown. So far, however, was my motivation with 100 other pilots to fly in the Pinzgau limits. When, on Tuesday last in our area so disturbing easterly winds ran after, and 2 friends of mine wanted to go to Laber, it was clear the plan. I wanted the 200-km FAI triangle try the dragons were there already flown more frequently, and had already tried a couple of glider pilots. The day before, Uli Meier meadow the triangle already quite large geflogen und kam auf 175km.

From there, back across the Tschirgant Ötztal that could almost be flown in level flight. In the Ötztal we went past the imposing mountain scenery almost to Timmelsjoch. When I came back again at the exit from the Ötztal pretty deep, and had to look for a little while until I found the bit of me between refuel Tschirgant past brought to Wannig. There I met the still very strong valley wind which here is composed of the Lechtalwind and valley wind from the direction Zugspitze, Lermoos but also forms of convergence. When I was in the convergence could make a little more height, I was again to the valley wind and decided to Ehrwald I end up at one of the great meadows.
to 7Stunden and 40 minutes I was in the air I have 210km of open line or come a 188km FAI triangle. I particularly enjoyed was that I was flying constantly with Uli Meier meadow, even if we had lost in between for a few miles from the eye, so we went pretty often. Here again a thank you for the support.

Alice In Wonderland Cd-rom

Was will man mehr?!

Mit I found the hand brake on the central valley of a hose.
Pic Chaussy Just before we were back together. It was very difficult Philipe over the snow fields to be identified.
Pic Chaussy track was due to a blockage to fly comfortably.

Back in Gstaad, I lost my wing man in the field of view and decided to fly alone on (sorry). After the wash-hand drive, I found myself 100m above valley floor :-( my curse words are probably detached from a hose back :-)

on sneezing we went deep to Interlaken and via Morgenberghorn and Schynige drive to Grindelwald. Sorry, there's has not Pfingstegg served. So I ended up happy after 127 km in Grindelwald Grund. Philippe also flew 121km.
Chrigel flew only a 255km FAI triangle
