Baby Shower Books Instead Of Cards What To Write

188km FAI mit dem SpaeltiO7

For more than a week now already from Hochfelln insanely large triangles flown. So far, however, was my motivation with 100 other pilots to fly in the Pinzgau limits. When, on Tuesday last in our area so disturbing easterly winds ran after, and 2 friends of mine wanted to go to Laber, it was clear the plan. I wanted the 200-km FAI triangle try the dragons were there already flown more frequently, and had already tried a couple of glider pilots. The day before, Uli Meier meadow the triangle already quite large geflogen und kam auf 175km.

From there, back across the Tschirgant Ötztal that could almost be flown in level flight. In the Ötztal we went past the imposing mountain scenery almost to Timmelsjoch. When I came back again at the exit from the Ötztal pretty deep, and had to look for a little while until I found the bit of me between refuel Tschirgant past brought to Wannig. There I met the still very strong valley wind which here is composed of the Lechtalwind and valley wind from the direction Zugspitze, Lermoos but also forms of convergence. When I was in the convergence could make a little more height, I was again to the valley wind and decided to Ehrwald I end up at one of the great meadows.
to 7Stunden and 40 minutes I was in the air I have 210km of open line or come a 188km FAI triangle. I particularly enjoyed was that I was flying constantly with Uli Meier meadow, even if we had lost in between for a few miles from the eye, so we went pretty often. Here again a thank you for the support.

Alice In Wonderland Cd-rom

Was will man mehr?!

Mit I found the hand brake on the central valley of a hose.
Pic Chaussy Just before we were back together. It was very difficult Philipe over the snow fields to be identified.
Pic Chaussy track was due to a blockage to fly comfortably.

Back in Gstaad, I lost my wing man in the field of view and decided to fly alone on (sorry). After the wash-hand drive, I found myself 100m above valley floor :-( my curse words are probably detached from a hose back :-)

on sneezing we went deep to Interlaken and via Morgenberghorn and Schynige drive to Grindelwald. Sorry, there's has not Pfingstegg served. So I ended up happy after 127 km in Grindelwald Grund. Philippe also flew 121km.
Chrigel flew only a 255km FAI triangle

Swiss Cup Salève - 3 and 4 May 2008

After great flying conditions in eastern Switzerland on the last Swisscup in Wasserauen we were excited to Salève. Good spirits and with a great weather in the bag is Mario and I made early on Saturday morning on the way to Geneva. The expectations were grown, as the day before a pilot was launched from Salève landed in Interlaken (just under 150 km) is (and this in a day at the Interlaken were nearly impossible for larger ones).

After the trip to the Salève it was called then wait for now. The wind did not come from the West, as announced, but Northeast ... so downwind at the start, and hardly any thermals. After the briefing was postponed again and again back then so it went from 15.00 release it slowly. (Sorry, not for me - I have demolished my GPS at the start was thus no longer be valid run Grrrrr established when ..! Flight school could hire me in the evening on Sunday with a replacement unit - many thanks)

The conditions were still noticeable by the wind and weak thermals not easy!. Set on, five buoys. On both sides of the Salève or slightly in the area. No one managed it to the goal (the task still remained valid). Most made it the pilots who had dared to start early.

On Sunday, the conditions seemed a little better. The first clouds formed early on and the wind was much lower and better from one direction. Nevertheless, wanted no right Thermik einstellen, und wieder hiess es warten.

Nahezu alle Piloten landeten dann zwischen 25 and 30 kilometers have (including myself). Locals Only two managed the almost impossible task, and flew the ready.

is in two weeks a friend in Frutigen. Travel with us as locals ;-)
